SWGEnterprise /ShopSWG Online Buyers, Cancellation, and Return Policy!

WE URGE ALL WEB USERS TO PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING OFF SWG NETWORK!

A. Cancellations: Because we make every effort to ship your order within the same day of receipt orders may not be cancelled once submitted. Please email your request for a SWG Return Authorization Number (see terms below) If buyer does cancel an order a $6.00 fee applies as well 20% restock fee, plus cost of the online payment collectors and SWG shipping fee, if order has already been shipped! Shipping costs are not refundable and  Return shipping is the solely the buyer’s responsibility.
 
B. Returns: A request to return merchandise must be made within 5 (FIVE) days of purchase & granted by SWG! Please email all such request for a SWG Return Authorization form to: Staff@ShopSWG,com , Please include your order number, your shopping cart order number, date you bought item or Items. As well, a full detail reason why you wish to return said goods bought! In order to issued an authorization form, it must be a approval returnable damaged item. See Pg: C, c2, D, E, F & G below for return issues please! REPEAT: Shipping costs are not refundable and  Return shipping is the solely the buyer’s responsibility.
 
C. Note of return policy:  Returns will NOT be accepted without a SWG Return Authorization Number. All non-defective returned items must be in new condition &  in their original packaging. Return shipping is the buyers or SWG members responsibility on all wrongly order items &  is non-refundable as is any & all online fees SWG had to pay to get the order in the 1st place. This unless it is SWG fault on wrong shipping items of the original order first place....WE DON'T REFUND ANY ORDER SIMPLY BECAUSE A ONLINE BUYER OR SWG MEMBER ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM ON THEIR 1ST ORDER! ALL REFUNDS THAT ARE IN FACT APPROVED WILL BE SO ISSUE ON THE 22ND ON EVERY MONTH. Meaning; Credit Dept only issues refunds on the 22nd. REPEAT: Shipping costs are not refundable and  Return shipping is the solely the buyer’s responsibility.

            C2. Members of SWG or any buyers on our network who order wrong items & sizes, pay for the correct sizes to be RE-ORDERED & all sizes they so want will replace the item/items ordered wrong. All online buyers or SWG members that would have this come up will be instructed by email of the way to ship back all goods if items meet guide lines for a approvable refund....Online buyers or SWG members simply have to re-order the correct size/sizes needed from the same website they bought the 1st item from. The online buyer or SWG Member will be giving the address to return the said goods. BUT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE will we simply refund money on items ordered wrongly... Or that of a heart guard shirt, medical mask, broken nose mask, game face mask, or any special ordered item as these once shipped, becomes used from that point on. We will gladly make any & all replacements at our cost if in fact, it is are fault, but we WILL NOT REFUND any money! Plus online buyers or SWG Members placing special orders for items and once place cancel it will have a $88.00 fee, plus for all cost we have to pay the factories to get special ordered item re-work or stocking fees along with all shipping fees we paid to ship the item in the 1st place. (See Pg: E ) REPEAT: Shipping costs are not refundable and  Return shipping is the solely the buyer’s responsibility.

                                      
D. Health DISCLAIMER: Medical Broken Nose Mask of any kind, Game Face Mask, Bangerz Fielders Mask or  Bangerz Half Mask or Batting Helmets, Sliding Shorts & Compression Shorts, Jocks, Sports Bra's, Special Ordered Apparel, Uniforms that have been Numbered, Clothes, Heart Guard Body Shirts, Socks may not be returned unless they are damaged, and then there will simply be a replacement made to the buyer -NO CASH OR CREDIT REFUNDS APPLY. REPEAT: Shipping costs are not refundable and  Return shipping is the solely the buyer’s responsibility.
 
E. All Sales are Final: When it comes to monthly & yearly SWG Members there is NO REFUNDS for ANY REASON policy, as members have already received mass discounts and used there membership. There is also NO REFUNDS on safety item such as Broken Nose Guard, Game Face Mask, Bangers Fielders Mask, Bangerz Half Mask, Heart Guard Body Shirts, Top Shot Sport Bra Set, Special Ordered items, Jerseys, Shorts, T-Shirts, Socks, Warm Ups, Sport pants in colors or other wise, Sports Uniforms, MLB Replica Jerseys per-order or other wise ordered, Pinstripe Pants, Visors, Hats of any kind, Cooling Wear, Team MLB buy package deals, or any items mark clearly on any wesite we sell from that stated it's a close out or the item carries a no return message, or discontinued items or on any retailer buys unless damaged, Over stock items, Flat fee charges, Sanction fees, Gate pins, Online Fees, Team entry fees or on any other special ordered items such as items order wrong by the online buyer, 2xl, 3xl or 4xl wears unless their damaged. We have a NO refund full policy on these items. This for sure counts all miss-ordered items, wrong sizing ordered & all cost to replace is that of the online buyer/SWG member expense. Should any item/items be approved for a return or refund issued or if a customer simply ships an order back not approved both will be issued a restocking fee of 20% of the order, plus cost of the the online payment fees, and a $125.00 canceling fee if the items are a special order item as we're charge to make the sale, plus what ever shipping cost it took to get the order to the customer in the first place and a flat fee of $6.00 for all cancer order returns items., If it is SWG shipping department fault... Then NO  fees will apply to online buyer or SWG member, so long as they return goods have an approved return form within the 5 day time limit stated in Pgh B above! REPEAT: Shipping costs are not refundable and  Return shipping is the solely the buyer’s responsibility.
 
F. Shipping Discrepancy: Any Buyer or SWG Member MUST notify us within 24 hours of receipt of their shipment of any issues. Failure  to give us notice in time to fix an issue doesn't mean you will get a refund, Nor can SWG or any of our sponsoring seller be liable for timely shipping times unless buyer has paid say for over night services, or  they say they never read our SWG Online Buying Policies has it is posted on every site we own or have in the sponsoring network... So kindly email your notice to us again here: Staff@ShopSWG,com  include your order number that was on buying shopping cart  receipt . So we can work with you to make things right, if its at our fault, or you have broken goods without question and us using goods business sense, if caused by us we will be replacing item/items no question ASK and our buying policy is for replacement value only! NEVER A CASH REFUND. REPEAT: Shipping costs are not refundable and  Return shipping is the solely the buyer’s responsibility.
 
G. All Online buying customer agrees: To any and all collection fees due SWGEnterprise / ShopSWG network, any of its owned Sports stores, online sites, and also to its owners of any un-paid balances that might be encountered from an order or charge account. Any and all issue that may come up in dispute or other wise, must and will be handled in the county of Hamilton, state of Tennessee small claims court. All rules of retail / wholesale rules will apply of Tennessee law! We are hard working Americans and try very hard to please every customer we get, but ever now and then you can't please someone. We take great pride in each customer we do get. We are not in business to ripped off any online customers, walk in and have a great track record of successful customers, (Customer Testimonials ) teams and sports leagues since 1991 around the World.
