date of sign up to the same date the following year, and once paid there is no
REFUND for any reason.
Members signing up
as a SWG Elite member agreed not to ever use a charge back system to dispute
any issues that might come up as this voids all current sale agreements and back
dates from the time of sale, and the member then is charged the nonmembers
pricing plus full shipping! Also all members fully understand and agree they have to place
at least $100 orders in order to get all discounts on shipping. If order tie-dye goods
members agree to order at least 36 counts per order to save us on shipping orders. By signing below and officially signing up

Members wishing to post a credit card on file so it will make ordering
much quicker, must sign and mail in an
approval to charge form, as with out this form, members will have to use their
credit cards
each time they place their $100 or more orders or when calling in $100 or more orders
up to one year per fees paid.
